These new Team Capes, besides looking downright snazzy, allow clans to left click without fear! While wearing a Team Cape, People with that exact same Cape equipped show up blue on your Mini-Map. You also can not left-click Attack them in the Wilderness (you need to right-click and choose Attack "Player X".

The Team Capes are sold at ten different locations around the Wilderness. Each location has five differently colored Team Capes.
The Team Capes at each location are however all of the same design. This means that there are ten different designs and five different colors for a grand total of 50 unique Capes!
Team Capes are sold for 50 Gold Pieces when there are 100 in stock (the maximum) and roughly 100 Gold Pieces when there are 0 in stock, so don’t pay more than that!

Besides looking good they also add a small amount to your Statistics:

Defence bonuses:
Slash +1
Crush +1
Range +2

The Capes are sold by ten Merchants on different locations in the Wilderness, below you will find a Map which shows the location of each Merchant and his name. Below that is a table containing an image of each Cape and which Merchant to purchase it from.
