Dragon Champions II - The Present

Previously, Andrew had set up the Player Mods with himself and Bob - his familiar - incharge. Hidden away in the Jagex Castle (also known as Camelot) they were unaware of the trouble brewing in the deep woods of McGrubor. The goblins were forming an army, the barbarians were gathering into a horde, the vampires were massing and the trolls were stroll'ing down off the mountain. Their leader was the King of Noobs, Bartoron.
Andrew was dancing with Bob and instructing his magnificent Player Mods in the art of 'Muting'.



After a month of training, the two armies were equal except for the element of surprise. Andrew trained his army but didn't expect an attack immediately.
Two days later, a letter arrived from the postbag. It read: DIE! This really worried Andrew; he didn't want to die. He roused his Player Mods, Mustangnut being the slowest, and got them all ready with their fingers on the mouse. They were ready to mute!



A silent whisper arose from the forest. A stray arrow hit a stone on the battlements, a sudden roar, bellowed out of a thousand mouths, echoed across the field as a HUGE army of Goblins, Barbarians, Vampires and a few Trolls charged against the keep.



Andrew quickly called in the 'SS' (Seer-cret Service) and got King Arthur and the rest of the knights to fight alongside Merlin. A well aimed Wind-Strike took out a single Goblin before Merlin decided that it was time to bring out the big guns, and he wasn't thinking of cannons. After shooting off to the Desert to change his magic style, he whipped out his Ancient Staff and cast an almighty Ice Blitz!!!!!!!!!! It was the Alpha-Omega! The end of it all! As the army froze, the Player Mods started muting and banning them all.



Orangequest leapt off the battlements and ran towards a lone figure standing out from the crowd - Bartoron. The description of what happened was blurry but the scriptures wrote:

And the angles chorused a heavenly sigh,
As Orangequest kicked Bartoron into the sky.
And as he fell he felt his account expand,
It exploded right there as it was banned.

Thus the battle was over. The knights took their frozen foes down easily and claimed that Merlin had never cast that spell, promoting their egos.



Bob told Andrew that it wasn't over and that there would be another battle one day; it was in the stars. Andrew laughed and edited the sky, deleting every single star. Bob then said that it was foretold in the darkness of night, causing Andrew to delete the night. This is why it is always daytime in RuneScape.
