I'm not sure how efficient this will be at your level, but the armored zombies under the Chaos altar (Not the runecrafting one) are very good training. Close bank at the Wilderness Volcano, and you can maintain your prayer at the altar in the wildy. The area itself is non wilderness. The zombies use range (Occasionally) and melee, and are level 86. They drop noted pure essence and various kinds of noted planks. Very quick xp. Requires Defender of Varrock.
